Previously members of the public could only access specialist services of a Barrister through an authorised intermediary such as a Solicitor.  These rules have now changed.  Having completed an accredited public access course, Barristers can take instructions from and act directly for the public.

• We can accept your case directly without a solicitor and therefore you will not incur the additional cost of a solicitor.
• We will respond, in the majority of cases, without delay, however this is determined by current workload, the complexity of the case and holiday season.
• We can offer you a free initial telephone consultation – 07530 416 753. If you wish to take our services further, you will be provided with a quote with a fixed fee.  Fees are agreed on a case by case basis.
• We will travel throughout the country to advise and represent clients.
